LEAD CARPENTER / KITCHEN & BATH INSTALLER
At least 5 years experience in residential remodeling.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR (SKILLS):
- Has solid experience in residential remodeling
- Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
- Is dependable, professional, and client-friendly
- Cabinet installation and trim work
- Framing, drywall, and finish carpentry as needed
- Reading plans and following detailed scopes
- Coordinating with project managers and other trades
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Long-term subcontractor relationships also welcome
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years residential remodeling experience preferred
- Strong carpentry and installation skills
- Experience with kitchen and/or bath
- Owns own hand and power tools
- Has own vehicle/transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude when working in clients’ homes
TILE INSTALLER TRADE PARTNER
Skilled tradesman with experience in all types of tiling, plumbing, installation of bathroom fixtures & cabinetry, minor electric, minor carpentry, trimming and spackling. Must be able to set a tub and rough plumb a bath.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Proven experience with mosaic and marble tile
- Strong knowledge of bathroom waterproofing systems
- Familiarity with setting materials is a plus
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
