Addition Remodeling
Rockaway NJ
This commercial exterior remodel in Rockaway, NJ gave the front of the building a fresh and welcoming appearance. The clients wanted architectural details that added character while still complementing the existing structure.
The main focus of the remodel was the new covered entrance. To start, structural beams were installed to support the new overhang. Then, cedar wood beams and trim were added to the gable, creating a warm and natural focal point. The exposed wood detailing also adds dimension and draws attention to the building’s main entrance.
Along with the new entrance, stone facing was installed across the front of the building. This adds texture and visual interest to the exterior. The natural tones of the stone also complement the cedar details above the entrance. Additionally, our team repaired areas of the existing siding to create a more cohesive look across the building.
The new overhang provides additional coverage above the doorway while also making the entrance more prominent. At the same time, its design complements the existing building and feels like a natural part of the structure.
Overall, the finished remodel gives this Rockaway commercial property a polished and inviting exterior. The cedar detailing, stone facing, repaired siding, and covered entrance work together to improve the building’s curb appeal.
