A sleek bathroom was incorporated into the layout, showcasing white subway tile, a glass-enclosed shower, and minimalist fixtures that create a polished, spa-like feel. Floating shelves and streamlined finishes enhance both storage and visual appeal while maintaining a clutter-free look.

In addition to the bathroom, the basement includes a thoughtfully designed play area, complete with soft flooring, built-in storage solutions, and designated zones for toys, books, and activities.
