At the center of the design is a large statement island, providing generous workspace, storage, and seating for family and guests. Oversized glass pendant lights add a modern touch while maintaining the airy feel of the open floor plan. A custom beverage station complete with glass-front cabinetry, a wine refrigerator, and a prep sink enhances functionality and creates a dedicated space for entertaining.

The adjacent dining room was transformed into a warm and inviting extension of the kitchen. Featuring exposed wood beams, abundant natural light, and direct access to the backyard, the space reinforces the home’s open-concept layout while adding architectural interest and farmhouse-inspired charm.
